Current Workout Plan
Hello loves!!! I wanted to hop on here and share with y'all my current workout plan.
I am no guru, and I definitely do not workout daily or eat healthy haha. This is what works for me! Now, I am the type that loves food a lot!
For workouts, I love doing Pilates, especially from Boho Beautiful, this is from a YouTube channel and I love doing it this way than the traditional class. With this, I can do it at home or the gym in a yoga studio.
Workout plan
I have attached the whole playlist down below that I personally use as my workout plan:
Depending on time, I usually pair one of the Pilates videos with a yoga session to cool off and unwind. In addition, I still use Boho Beautiful for my yoga session.
Now, there are days where I skip working out and go hiking/biking with Zane. Either option, I try to do some activity every day to keep my body moving!
