With January coming to an end, I want to start a new series on sharing my monthly favorites items. I love discovering new products and sharing with y'all items that I truly believe in! At the end of each month, I will be rounding up my top products of the month; ranging from fashion to beauty, home to pet items, and so much more.

Normally, I would rank these but in my opinion, they are all great and worthy of the number one spot! Alrighty, let's just dive into January favorites!

Day Design Daily Planner

I am notorious for having a digital planner; been using Google Calendar because they integrated their task list with the calendar. I love seeing my schedule along with my to-do list. Plus I love how I can pull up my calendar on any device and have it with me 24/7. I think that is the downfall to why I never when paper.

However, I discover Day Design and love how spacious and amazing the layout is! I have been using it all month long and honestly rarely even look at my Google Calendar. I find joy in color coding my tasks and physically crossing them off as I complete them! Granted with the daily planner, it is thicker and heavier but I still love it. I thought I would hate carrying it around especially with already carrying my laptop and iPad, but it just comes so naturally. Regardless if you are a hardcore digital planner like I was, I highly recommend checking out this planner!

Charlotte Tilbury

I am so late to jump on this bandwagon, haha! I learned my lesson back in college to never spend money on unnecessary makeup products. In the last 6 years of wearing makeup, I always kept it to a minimum. I love the natural look; I find it easy and more beautiful. Now, I don't mind the full glam from time to time, but the majority of the time I stick to the basic. I heard all the rave about Charlotte Tilbury and just thought it was another "hype" brand that will disappear shortly after people discover another brand/product. But it still hasn't, it is becoming more and more popular!

So I gave in, haha. I went to Nordstrom and saw the Charlotte Tilbury stand and decided to have a look. I told the girl how my go-to makeup has always been the It Cosmetics CC Cream (I love lightweight foundation), Maybelline FitMe Powder, and Urban Decay All Nighter Spray. She recommends the Light Wonder Foundation along with the Airbrush Flawless Setting Powder and Spray. Since that day, I never once used my other 3 products. To say, my skin looked flawless and natural is an understatement!! The spray works great as a primer and finisher, the liquid foundation was beyond light and had great coverage paired with the powder! For my girls, who want an all-natural look with fewer products on their face, I highly suggest trying out these three products!!

Floral Totebag

Since I partnered up with my Parisian client, I have been so obsessed with all things French. I mean watching Emily in Paris definitely didn't help with my obsession, if anything it fueled it even more, haha! I recently discovered the brand: Sézane. And let's just say it has that 'Je ne sais quoi' for all! Before our trip to Utah, I ordered a tote bag for work purposes. I need a bag to store my laptop, iPad, planner, books, etc. I found this beautiful Maxi Quilted Floral Totebag (comes in tons of colors, I got the Ocher color)! The shipping was extremely fast for being overseas and the packaging was so cute. They went out of their way to put "Bonjour Jasmyne" on it!

This tote fits all my work stuff and still has room. Heck, you can use this as luggage, too! I would say it's a bit bigger than the average tote but amazing!! There is also a mini version that acts as a purse. I already have the matching mini in the cart, haha! Because of my obsession, this might be my top January favorites!

Portable Charger

Now I rarely use portable chargers in the past because they would always suck! I never found one that would charge my phone fully more than once. We have been going to the mountains about twice every week and I was in desperate need of a portable charger. I went by Target and found this cute rose gold one that has two ports and a USB C port. This was perfect since I need to charge both phones (one of them is my work) and my iPad. But I figured that it was only charging one device fully and I was okay with it.

Settling, you see. The next day we went to Copper Mountain and I decided to test it out on all 3 devices. And let me just say, WOW! It manages to charge all three to 100%. Breaking down my devices: iPhone 7 Plus was at 40%, XS was at 10%, and iPad Pro was at 35%. Completely charge and still had a tick left on the charger! Hands down the best portable charger ever and it is only $35!

Jeans

In the last few months, I honestly haven't been feeling pretty in my own skin. With the weight gain, I have been self-conscious and it has brought up past insecurity. Nothing crazy bad, just the occasional "you need to lose weight, you're not skinny enough" comment from a certain family member. Without diving too deep into this subject, I truly believe that beauty is from within. It doesn't matter what you look like, it only matters if YOU are happy in your own skin. In this case, I blame my weight gain on Covid, haha. With being trapped inside, it was easy to just binge watch TV and eat junk food. (Actually, I blame myself for being lazy, ha!)

Anyhoo, I went shopping for Christmas and stumbled upon these baggy high-waisted jeans at Urban Outfitters. I have always loved the 90s and these were so it! I absolutely love the fit on me. Fits perfect at the waist and the right amount of baggy! Who would have thought that a pair of jeans could have you feeling so beautiful and confident!!

I hope you enjoyed my January favorites and don't forget to come back every month to see which items I am currently in love with and highly recommend. If you have any holy grail, please share and comment down below any of your January favorites!
