Easy Budget-Friendly Meals
Hellooooooooo Summer! So far, I am not a big fan of the heat, haha, but with summer being here, that just means that fall is around the corner! I am so excited for my second fall season here in Colorado -- this time, we are definitely going to Aspen to see the leaves changes!! I wanted to hop on here and share the latest with home cooking. With COVID-19, we haven't been to a single restaurant for safety precautions. However, we did order take-out a lot through DoorDash, and oh boy, we have spent a lot on that! I have found easy budget-friendly meals!!

For instance, we had Meatballs with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Green Beans for only $4.99 per person verse $18 per person at a local restaurant here in Denver! It took about 30 minutes to make and was so good, and even Zane was raving about it!
