Garnet Flats by Devney Perry Book Review
Devney Perry has done it again with Garnet Flats! I devoured this second-chance romance between resident doctor Talia and MMA fighter Foster in no time. Perry has a way of creating characters you can't help but root for, and this book is no exception.
My current favorites by Devney Perry:

Garnet Flats
While this wasn't my favorite book in the series, as some elements of the backstory didn't sit well with me, I still thoroughly enjoyed the romance between Talia and Foster and their undeniable chemistry. It was nice to see that they got the second chance they deserved.
Perry's writing style makes the small-town setting feel like you're a part of the community. With that ending teaser, I have already marked my calendar for the next release in The Eden’s series.
Summary from the author:
Talia Eden loved Foster Madden for one year, two months and eleven days. It was on day 438 that her love died. The day he chose to marry her best friend. The day she vowed never to think of Foster again.
Until years later when he has the audacity to show up in her small hometown of Quincy, begging for her help.
The ink on his divorce papers is barely dry, yet he comes armed with apologies and promises. She knows it’s all a ploy. Foster is the king of games and secrets. But he’s got delusions the size of Montana if he thinks she’ll help him train for a world championship fight.
Except Talia has forgotten exactly what made Foster famous. The man has dedicated his life to victory. He’s steadfast. He’s determined. And he won’t stop fighting until he’s won her heart.
